Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you are ready to pull funds out, head to the cashier and select the withdrawal tab. We route payouts back to the same wallet you deposited with — DANA, OVO or GoPay — because that keeps the money path consistent and reduces verification friction. Your account must have completed identity verification before a withdrawal request is processed; this is a security
step we apply to every account, not something triggered only by large amounts. Processing time depends on the wallet provider's own clearance cycle, so we do not publish a fixed minute count. What we do promise is that your request moves through our system without unnecessary holds.
- Open the withdrawal tab — Go to your account cashier and tap 'Withdraw' to see the available payout methods.
- Select your payout wallet — Choose DANA, OVO or GoPay — ideally the same wallet you used to deposit for the smoothest clearance path.
- Enter amount and submit — Key in the amount you want to withdraw, double-check the wallet number shown, then submit the request.
- Verification and clearance — If your KYC is complete, the request moves to our payout queue. Your wallet provider then clears the funds on their end.
